Outside Sales Representative

Do you enjoy signing new clients and maximizing existing clients? As a member of Rigdon / 360’s Kansas City based sales team, you’ll meet with customers on-site and help them maintain their business and stay compliant by matching their needs with the many services we offer.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new business.
• Manage large projects with on-site visits during the service.
• Understand customer needs through bi-annual, on-site consultation.
• Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our existing list of services and identifying any new services we should offer.
• Deliver strong customer service supported by our Call Center and Administrative teams.
• Develop reports that measure new and existing sales stats you generate.

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience with proven results.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance client advocacy and aggressively strive for sales goals.
